Use the Tables Object Tools in the Visual KPI Designer to create and edit tables for your Visual KPI sites. Tables can be viewed in Visual KPI sites from the Tables tab in the main navigation menu.

Create a new table.
() Search and open existing tables. For each found Table, a new row is added to the Tables worksheet. If a table found in search is already open, it will not be added to the worksheet unless you select the Replace worksheet contents checkbox, in which case all currently listed tables are removed from the Tables worksheet and only the tables matching the search criteria are listed in the worksheet.
Save selected tables writes data to the Visual KPI Server and immediately adds it to your Visual KPI website.
Preview selected tables updates all selected tables with current data from the Visual KPI Server and displays them in the Table Preview worksheet. This can be a lengthy process if there are many tables selected in the Tables worksheet.
() Membership of selected tables adds a new worksheet called Table Membership, which displays all of the selected tables and the groups to which they belong. This can be a lengthy process if there are many tables selected in the Tables worksheet.
() Refresh metadata refreshes the content of the pull-down menus in the Visual KPI Designer by updating data from the Visual KPI Server.
() Delete selected tables removes all selected tables from the Visual KPI Server and from your Visual KPI website.
