Results at a glance. At home, at work, or on the road. On your desktop or on your mobile device. Visual KPI delivers all of your important data in a Web browser, in real time. Your Visual KPI site is where you can visualize your KPIs. We call it decorating data. From your Visual KPI site, you’ll be able to track all of your KPIs and yet focus only on those that matter most to you.

Take your data with you
Visual KPI runs in a Web browser, so you don’t need to download or install anything. Just open your favorite browser, enter the URL provided by your administrator, and click. Your real-time data appears in full color.
Go mobile
Because Visual KPI is responsive, you can view your data comfortably on your desktop or your mobile device. Visual KPI resizes to fit whatever screen you’re working on.
Try it. Drag your screen to resize it and watch your data resize and reposition to fit your screen size.
Real-time Data
And while all of your data exists in your Visual KPI site, you can configure your Dashboard to show only your most important KPIs. Down to the second. When data that affects your job changes, so does your screen. Real-time KPIs at your fingertips. Go ahead. Stare at your Visual KPI Dashboard for a few minutes and watch those numbers and colors dance.
Our definition of a KPI is “anything you care enough to track.” Generally, KPIs have values with targeted behaviors and defined limits. Without parameters, you just have values. But that’s ok. You can have values as part of your Visual KPI site too. Want to pull in temperatures for the North Pole and watch them change? Go for it. Maybe you can write a book on melting ice caps.
Groups
Your data may be organized into Groups based on any parameter that makes sense in your company. Your groups may be based on geographic location, company departments or types of vending machines. You may have groups within groups. There is no limit to the number of groups and levels you can have.
Charts
Your Visual KPI Dashboard includes charts to help you monitor what’s happening with your assets. A variety of charts, including bar charts, line charts, Pareto charts, and bullet charts, allow you to compare data to data.
Tables
Sometimes you need to see tabular information like employee schedules, population data, or how many tadpoles are in the water when it has a specified acidity. You can even add color to Tables to highlight important data as it changes.
There’s so much more you can do with your Visual KPI Dashboard, so let’s go track some data!
